Operations Executive

The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of manpower deployment, employee mobilization and demobilization, client coordination, and ensuring smooth workforce management. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in the manpower supply or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower mobilization and demobilization as per client requirements.
• Maintain daily deployment records and manpower allocation schedules.
• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requests, attendance, replacements, and site requirements.
• Ensure all employees have valid visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical insurance, and other statutory documents before deployment.
• Coordinate with the HR and PRO departments for visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, absenteeism, and site performance.
• Collect and verify monthly timesheets from client sites for payroll and invoicing.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and logistics for deployed employees.
• Resolve employee and client operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, client requests, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and client HSE requirements.
• Support emergency manpower requirements and urgent mobilizations.
• Coordinate with recruitment to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in a manpower supply company, construction company, or contracting industry.
• Experience handling manpower deployment and client coordination is mandatory.

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and manpower supply operations.
• Experience in construction workforce management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; Hindi and Malayalam are an advantage.
