Store & E-commerce Operations Executive

We are seeking a hands-on Store & E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our daily marketplace order fulfilment and retail store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Noon orders are processed, packed, and dispatched before daily cut-off times, while also supporting walk-in customers at our refurbished laptop store and coordinating the production team.

This role suits someone who is organised, deadline-driven, comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, and confident dealing with both customers and internal staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Order Management

• Monitor and process daily orders received through the Noon Seller Portal
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and handed over for dispatch before the daily cut-off time
• Track order status end-to-end and proactively resolve delays, cancellations, or returns
• Maintain accurate stock and listing information on the marketplace platform
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Monitor and maintain seller performance metrics (SLA compliance, cancellation rate, delivery ratings)

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain daily order, dispatch, and inventory trackers in Excel
• Prepare regular reports on order volumes, fulfilment rates, returns, and stock movement
• Reconcile marketplace orders against dispatch and inventory records
• Flag discrepancies and stock shortages to management in advance

Retail Store & Customer Service

• Attend to walk-in customers at the store, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable refurbished products
• Explain product specifications, condition grading, warranty terms, and after-sales support
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
• Support in-store sales, billing, and basic documentation
• Maintain store presentation, product display, and general upkeep

Team Coordination

• Coordinate daily work allocation with production/refurbishment staff to meet dispatch deadlines
• Follow up on units under testing, repair, or grading to ensure order readiness
• Communicate priority orders and deadlines clearly to the production team
• Escalate resource or capacity constraints to management in good time

RequirementsEssential

• Advanced Excel skills — must be comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, and building/maintaining daily trackers
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) — this is a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to work to daily cut-off deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer-facing retail or front-desk experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order and stock handling
• Ability to coordinate with and follow up on operational staff
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise under pressure

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Hands-on experience with the Noon Seller Portal or a similar marketplace platform (Amazon Seller Central, Dubizzle, Talabat, etc.)
• Experience in order fulfilment, dispatch, or warehouse coordination
• Familiarity with refurbished / used IT products (laptops, desktops, IT hardware)
• Basic understanding of laptop specifications and configurations

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
