Operations Executive (Warehouse & Fulfillment)

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Executive to oversee our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our inventory—from inbound receiving and sorting to the meticulous picking, packing, and final dispatch of shipments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fast-paced warehouse environments, a sharp eye for quality control, and the ability to optimize workflows to meet strict delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management: * Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is organized, safely stored, and easily accessible.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counting) and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory system.
• Sorting & Inbound Operations: * Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against delivery notes, and inspect for damages.
• Sort and categorize goods accurately based on SKU, destination, or product type to ensure seamless storage and retrieval.
• Pick & Pack Operations: * Manage the pick-and-pack workflow, ensuring items are accurately picked according to order sheets.
• Oversee packing standards to ensure products are securely packaged, adequately protected, and correctly labeled to minimize transit damage.
• Dispatch & Shipping: * Coordinate the final dispatch of shipments, ensuring all paperwork (invoices, manifests, shipping labels) is flawless.
• Liaise with 3PL (third-party logistics) partners, couriers, and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Process Improvement & Safety: * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify bottlenecks in the picking, packing, or sorting processes and suggest actionable improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as an Operations Executive, Warehouse Coordinator, or similar role in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
• Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge of warehousing procedures, sorting mechanisms, pick-and-pack strategies, and dispatch protocols.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Excel. Experience with barcode scanners and shipping tools is highly desirable.
• Physical & Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift/move warehouse packages when required.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet daily dispatch cut-offs.
