Accounts Assistant (Part Time)

What you'll do

Assist with a full range of general accounting tasks

Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintain general ledger records

Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and document filing

Assist in preparing monthly account balances and financial reports

Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

We will be a good match if you

Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines

1 year of related experience, preferably with retail experience

Fresh graduates will also be considered

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Detail-oriented and good communication skills

Good command of both spoken English and Chinese

Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong analytical skills

Working Schedule

Approximately 10 working days per month

8 hours per day

3 working days at the beginning and the end of each month

2 working days per week during the interim period
