Account Assistant

• 5-day work week

Job Description

• Handle bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and assist month end closing
• Assist to prepare management reports
• Answering clients’ enquiry and liaising with bank, government authorities and other professional parties when required
• Handling administrative works e.g. invoicing and list updating
• Assist in payroll preparation and MPF statement (if applicable)
• Support banking-related services and tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience of working in professional firm
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Detailed minded, multi-tasking, well organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in using CSA is preferable
• Fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
