Accounts Assistant - MNC (up to 27k)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a reputable international law firm in Central and Western District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounts payable function and supporting the broader finance team.

What you'll be doing

Process and record accounts payable invoices in a timely manner

Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies

Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries

Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts

Provide administrative support to the finance team as required

Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an accounts payable role, preferably within a professional services environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications in accounting or finance an advantage
