Assistant Accountant (5 months contract)

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our company to support the finance department for 5 months.

What you will do

• Financial Transactions: AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Records: Maintain financial records and general ledger in accordance with procedures
• Filing: File financial documents and supporting records for audit
• Reconciliation: Process procurement and expense invoicing, petty cash and payments
• Internal Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a MUST
