About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Corporate Banking recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate or early-career professional with sales or customer-facing experience to build a rewarding career in specialist recruitment.

You will work alongside experienced consultants to source, engage and place banking professionals across Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Syndication, Credit Analysis and Relationship Management functions

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify banking professionals through LinkedIn, databases, referrals and networking activities.Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience and career motivations.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Corporate Banking candidates.Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide career advice.Support consultants in managing recruitment assignments from job briefing through to offer stage.Prepare candidate profiles and market mapping reports for clients.Conduct market research on banking trends, hiring activity and competitor movements.Generate new business opportunities through business development and networking activities.Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.Achieve individual and team KPIs relating to candidate generation, client engagement and placements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.0–3 years of work experience.Previous sales, business development, customer service, retail banking, hospitality, telesales or client-facing experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commercial mindset and interest in financial services.Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven personality.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.
