Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop menus that appeal to our diverse clientele.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Uphold hospitality values by providing excellent service and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Qualifications
• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or culinary setting.
• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality is preferred.

Pay: $40,853.96-$60,000.00 per year
