Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive to lead and oversee restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive food industry knowledge, and proven experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and food handlers, to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to promote professional development and teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and service delivery during peak hours.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement policies that promote a positive dining environment and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards.
• Experience in restaurant management, including operations, staffing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as an effective liaison between staff and management.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
