About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and digital growth initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and supporting the company's growth across education, consulting, and professional development services.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand communications and corporate marketing activities.
• Digital Marketing & Performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.Oversee website performance, content marketing, social media management, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Improve website traffic, lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign analysis to optimize marketing performance.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Content & Campaign Management
• Develop high-quality marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Lead content planning and storytelling to enhance audience engagement.
• Coordinate product launches, educational programs, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure marketing materials align with the company's branding and communication guidelines.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academic, Business Development, and Project teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
• Present marketing strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven marketing practices.✅

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Growth Marketing.
• Experience in the education, consulting, training, or professional services industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
