About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and digital growth strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth through integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns, optimize marketing performance, and strengthen the company's presence in the education and consulting industry.🎯

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Build and strengthen the company's brand identity across all online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify business opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and marketing budgets.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and promotional materials.
• Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Monitor website performance, user engagement, and digital analytics using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools.
• Implement marketing automation strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Content & Campaign Management
• Lead the development of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media content, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, events, educational programs, and consulting services.
• Manage the company's social media strategy to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academic, Business Development, and Project teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
• Present marketing performance, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven marketing practices.✅

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Growth Marketing.
• Experience in the education, consulting, training, or professional services industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.🌟
