We're looking for a Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns to lead the charge on high-impact marketing programs that strengthen our brand, deepen audience engagement, and support real commercial growth.

If you love the mix of strategy and hands-on execution — briefing a campaign one day, optimising a HubSpot workflow the next, and presenting performance dashboards to leadership the day after — this role is built for you.

What you'll be doing

• Leading integrated campaigns across comms, digital, email, paid media, content and events — from brief to post-campaign review
• Owning our digital presence — managing and optimising our website (WordPress, HubSpot), driving SEO & AEO strategy, and running paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Powering marketing automation — building and refining email campaigns, nurture programs and workflows in HubSpot, with clean data segmentation and UTM governance
• Making campaigns count — analysing performance and audience insights to continuously sharpen what we do next
• Bringing our brand to life at events — owning strategy, booth experience and activations at key industry conferences

What you bring

• 4+ years' experience in a campaigns, digital marketing or marketing manager role
• Hands-on HubSpot experience — campaign creation, workflows, automation and reporting (certification a plus)
• Proven WordPress experience — confident managing a CMS, publishing content and troubleshooting
• A track record running SEO/AEO programs and paid digital campaigns
• Strong project management instincts — you hit deadlines, juggle competing priorities, and keep stakeholders in the loop
• A data-driven mindset — you don't just report the numbers, you act on them
• Bonus points for working knowledge of HTML/CSS, and experience with tools like Vision6, Salesforce or AI-powered search optimisation platforms
