Growth Marketing Manager

THE ROLE

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the organisation's marketing and growth strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the marketing function while developing and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities include

• Developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies to increase enquiries, conversions and revenue
• Managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms, ensuring strong ROI and campaign performance
• Creating engaging content across social media, digital channels, email marketing and websites
• Producing high-quality visual and video content that strengthens the brand and connects with target audiences
• Growing and nurturing online communities through engaging, relevant content
• Managing the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Managing website content, SEO and conversion optimisation initiatives
• Writing compelling copy across digital, social, email and marketing campaigns
• Leveraging AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiencies, content creation and campaign performance
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget

ABOUT YOU

You'll be an experienced marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• You'll bring:A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing and growth campaigns
• Experience marketing within childcare, education or another service-based organisation would be highly regarded
• Strong digital marketing experience, including Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation campaigns
• Experience creating engaging content across social media, digital and email channels
• A solid understanding of brand marketing, SEO, website management and campaign optimisation
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and other reporting tools
• Experience using AI and marketing technologies to improve performance and efficiencies
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and project management skills
