Personal Assistant (MNC Bank l 12 months contract) Up to $5K

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting, actively managing the calendar and diary of the leader
• Preparation of documents and presentation materials, ensuring attention to detail
• Handle travel arrangements, hotel reservations and other travel related matters
• Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system
• Manage and organize team meetings, events, and conferences
• Assists in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or in related majors
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant role managing c-suite level
• Good to have experience working in banking or financial industry
• Must have experience in managing travel arrangements, dairy management, calendar management, expense report etc.
• Must be good at managing different time zones (US, EU etc)
• Excellent time management and organising skills.
