Personal Assistant – Financial Services (1 Year Contract)

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a leadership/team group. You'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations keeping diaries on track, coordinating meetings and events, managing travel, and handling documentation with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diaries and schedules, coordinating meeting requests and appointments
• Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end rooms, agendas, attendee lists, and logistics
• Arrange travel and accommodation in line with company processes
• Draft presentations and documents, disseminate information, and maintain filing/document control
• Manage office supplies and coordinate support services
• Act as the primary point of contact for the leader/team, handling queries and routing items appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
